The Talent Excellence Awards have been developed with five key objectives in mind.

• Recognise organisations that lead the way in raising the bar in terms of how they manage their talent and plan for succession.
• Raise the awareness of talent/capability management and its benefits to organisational performance.
• Recognise smart talent management initiatives and their impact on business success.
• Provide entrants with an opportunity to raise awareness of their organisation and to be recognised for their contribution within the organisation.
• Create an ongoing community of interest in talent management so knowledge/best practice is shared.
