Talent Excellence Awards

The Talent Excellence Awards have been developed to recognise organisations that lead the way in how they manage their talent, and in how they plan for succession.

The awards are an excellent way to boost your organisation's profile and increase your attractiveness as an employment brand in the market. Category winners will be well publicised in NBR, on the Matrixone website and with HRINZ.

Entering the awards not only gives you the opportunity to benchmark yourself against other organisations, but you will also receive feedback about how well your organisation performs and areas for improvement.

In 2004, Audit New Zealand won the inaugural Talent Excellence Awards. The organisation proved to judges they had strong strategies in place to attract, develop, deploy and retain their talent. City Care from Christchurch was highly commended.
